Incredible connenction/ worst connection.

I ordered a apple macbook pro from them online. THE WORDT SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Its been six days nie and its still at the first point where it says “ order placed succesfully”. In sux days nothing. I uave called numerous times and spoke to the same people and they have sent emails to the head of the online shop. I can understand if delivery is delayd but not even a movement since i payd. I thought that paying R40 000 for an item it will get attention. Dont even try ordering something from them.
