Incredible Connect's false promise of a 3 year warranty on R28 000 laptop

I purchase a laptop for R28000.00 at Incredible Connection Fourways; collected it at their Nicolway Shop. I requested a three year warranty, they promised that would be done. Upon payment the laptop had one year warranty. I was told that upon collection at Nicolway that store would assist with the extension of the warranty to three years. That was two weeks ago. Fast forward to today, this has not been done. I have called, emailed, walked in to both shops - no joy. Had I known that there is nothing incredible about that shop, I would have shopped elsewhere. This is pathetic. I am sitting with a laptop that my employer cannot work with because it has a one year warranty, when the quotation I accepted listed 3 years. I am literally exhausted on following up on this matter.
