Incredible connections Wonder park

On the 17th February 2023, I bought a brand new Acer Aspire at Incredible Connection wonder park. I bought the laptop for academic purposes but hardly used it as most of my assignments were multiple choice so I'd use my phone most of the times. The laptop started giving me battery issues some where around October 2023 while I was within exams. I returned the laptop to the store around December 2023 after exams and got it back around January 2024, not even a week after the laptop was brought back for "repairs" the laptop battery died AGAIN. Returned it on the 31st of January 2024, it's past 21 days my laptop is still with them, I'm running behind with my school work. I'm inconvenienced and pressed for time to finish my assignments but the store expects me to follow them around to find out what the progress is with my laptop. I suggested that they refund me or replace the unit as I don't have time to be backing and forthing with them but they refused. Also since they insist on repairing the laptop, what guarantee do I have that the laptop will not give me problems AGAIN?? The laptop did not live up to its standard!!! I'm still stuck without a laptop and left behind with my assignments.
