Incredible Connections Rosebank

Utterly disappointed!!

Rosebank branch has the worst customer service. I filled in an application to get a phone on contract, whilst waiting for the application to be approved the Sales agent assured me the gadget would be "reserved" Contract got approved, turned out the gadget was sold by another sales agent. The contract is live and active but I have no phone in hand. The store couldn't even opt to have the required phone transfered from one store to another. They don't answer calls, they keep asking me to wait for an order which they placed on 21 Dec 2021 (they don't even know when it'll arrive). The Sales agent has been on leave (on and off) since the active issue started. I want to cancel the contract and do not wish to acquire the gadget through them but they keep coming up with excuses as to why they can't cancel the 'live' contract.
