Incredible connection's pathetic service

I ordered a hard drive from Incredible Connection's online store. They send me an email confirming delivery. My account on their website also states that the item was successfully delivered. However, it was never delivered. I have now contacted them via their website, email and WhatsApp. The email yielded no response. The other two could not answer me. As soon as I give the order number, there is some excuse about the warehouse being in control of the delivery or the conversation ends from their side with no answer. The option to collect the hard drive from my nearest store was also not an option when I made the purchase. Pathetic service and I would definitely not recommend ever purchasing anything online from them.
