Incredible Connection’s pathetic online service

I am utterly disappointed with the service I have received from Incredible Connection. I ordered a parcel in November and to date, I have not received anything. The courier partner that Incredible Connection employs “Courierit” has sent me numerous messages with regard to the delivery of the parcel and to no avail. Courierit’s call centre line places you on hold for hours and redirects you to a number that immediately cuts the call, and their “track parcel service” is rarely updated.

Every other day upon awaiting for delivery, I had to arrange with a family member to stay at my home to receive the parcel. This has been such an inconvenience. Ultimately it is Incredible Connections responsibility to ensure that the product is delivered to their customer. Upon calling Incredible Connection, they revealed that there is nothing they can do but file a complaint with the courier. Since then, weeks have gone by and I have not received my parcel, nor have I gotten any response from Incredible Connection or their courier partner.

I will NEVER EVER order from Incredible Connection ever again and I suggest that no one does either.
