Incredible Connections Pathetic

Bought a new Xiaomi Robot Vacuum Mop Pro 2 around May 2022. This year around May the unit started giving problems where it would only work for like 2 minutes and not picking up any of the dust etc. We gave it back to Incredible Connections Vaal Mall and told them the situation as the unit has 12 months warranty. After around a month the guy, think his name is Thabo at the tech side told me they supp**** us with a new unit. When we came to collect the unit was sealed and looked new but to our supprise when we opened it at home, it was our old unit with exactly the same issues. I went back a fee days later as I werent home the weekend and told them they supp**** us with the same unit. They told us that they never said they supp**** us with a new unit and now its just 2 days past it warranty date and they cant help us as the warranty had lapsed. I told them this is unproffesional and would rather prefer they gave me my money back. They then told us they will see what they can do. Today the 19th of July they phoned me to tell me Xiaomi supp**** a new unit. Picked it up and when I came home. They supp**** is with a new but inferior model the Xiaomi Robot S10. This is not what a bussiness of this magnitude should be like. If this is the way they want to treat customers. I will never in my life buy something from them again.
