Incredible connections online, very very bad service

I bought products online now I've been waiting for more than a week, when I track my order it says, waiting for stock from warehouse. So I wonder why did they advertise something that they don't have in stock? Very bad service I don't think I will ever use their online services, I will use Take a lot.
