Incredible connections online purchase

Very bad customer service. I'm still waiting for my order which I placed and payed online on the 27.02.2025 to date no delivery. I contacted them and surprisingly no one knows where my order is. They just said they will forward to complaints department. I've got assignments that are due and I need my order to start working. I've never been so frustrated in my life. I'll never ever buy anything from their online purchase. Delivery is a nightmare.....
