Incredible Connections online order

On 29 October 2025, I placed an order online with Incredible Connections. On March 11, 2025, the order was scheduled for delivery. Today is 11/11/2025, and I have not received my parcel. I have followed up with the store multiple times; however, I have not received any tangible or proper feedback on the status of my parcel or when it will be delivered.
