Incredible connections is the worst ever to do it

Placed an order on Friday, spoke to all this people from head office(accounts department), to the store to call centre. None of them really knows whats happening. Paid for a TV on Friday, spoke to them all day monday. They tell me to collect my tv get to the store suddenly they don't have proof that I paid. I've travelled 3 days straight my money my time for their mistakes. I give them an order, order number and email and even show them their own website. I still don't have my tv.
