Incredible connections headoffice

I made a call to Incredible connections headoffice on Monday to make a complaint.<br> The lady at the switch board told me that she would send an e-mail to the lady that deals with the complaints.<br> This lady never called me back.<br> Today I called again, and never got through a recording says extension 0000 can not be connected call back later. I called the switch board again and guess what I first got music playing and then extension 0000 can not be connected then my call was disconnected.<br> I have spent thousands of rands at Incredible connections and get treated like dirt.<br> Well never again my partner has now decided that he is going to take this further
