incredible Connections Eextremely Frustrating and Pathetic Service

I am beyond frustrated with the terrible service from Incredible Connection. After placing an online order for a laptop with a promised delivery time of 2 to 5 days, my item has still not arrived, and it's been much longer than the promised timeframe.

I had no choice but to call them myself, as the online system and WhatsApp support were completely unhelpful. On my first call, I ran out of airtime after being told there was no explanation for the delay, and they refused to allow me to collect the laptop in-store or fast-track the delivery, despite me offering to pay extra. When my airtime finished, I was in the middle of being given an instruction. Did they bother to call me back? Not at all.

I called again later, only to receive the same poor response: no updates, no explanation for the delay, and no sympathy from the staff. It is clear that no one at Incredible Connection cares about providing decent service or resolving customer issues. What makes it worse is that I needed this laptop urgently for an important work assessment, and this delay has caused me significant stress and frustration.

This has honestly been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I would strongly advise against using Incredible Connection's online service if you expect anything resembling timely delivery or decent customer support. Ridiculous.
