Incredible Connections - Delivery Not Received!

Sibusiso Mazibuko, Incredible Connections Greenstone Shopping Centre, as a manager is so so useless and definitely does not care about customer queries and complaints. I bought a fridge and was promised it would be delivered on a certain week but the fridge never came and there was no communication whatsoever. I am staying at a new place and a fridge is definitely a necessity and the store has been inconveniencing me by delaying the delivery. I have literally went to the store 3 times to ask what is going on and they keep saying it will be delivered 1st thing in the morning “tomorrow” but they never deliver and worst of all I have to cancel all my plans to be at home so the delivery guy can find me there but its been days waiting for nothing. This is really frustrating and they don’t even communicate about anything or if the delivery will not happen on that day. When you call the store, they always say he is busy with a customer which leads me to going to the store in person (only to find him chatting and laughing with his mates) to enquire and that is petrol wasted unnecessarily. I am so fed up about this whole situation and he does not show any remorse. A simple apology was not received from him, however, he is very good at giving customers attitude.
