Incredible connections brits mall .customer relations was very poor

I have never been so dissapointed in life by one of sales consultsants who assisted with a contract of a labtop.she was mean,arrogant and rude.i set in shop 3 hours plus just to be assisted on purchasing a labtop.its funny how people always say we mistreat sales consultanst while they, on the other hand, while wait for documentation and approval of documents be mean and arrogant for no good reason.i was assist by consultant not even wearing a name badge.Her name is Matlhodi.i had to bear with her attitude incase she might say my contract has declined as she had the power to do so.i took a picture of her aswell if retraining is needed on customer relations please assist as the is a huge gab at the store specifically on her.
