Incredible Connection's bad and unprofessional service

I recently bought a Aston Racing Chair, Black (with Blue Trim) at Incredible Connection using their online service, delivery of the item arrived yesterday with an unsealed box. I did not accept the delivery because of the state that it was in. I logged a complaint immediately with Incredible Connection's customer service. I'm yet to receive a response from them. This is really bad service and very unprofessional.
