Incredible Connections and JDEX worst customer service

I have been waiting for delivery since the 8th of August. I’ve been talking to Gopolang from their support team but she can’t give me answers on what the issue is. Instead she told me that there’s no issue but can’t tell me why the delivery is delayed.

She also said their complaints team hasn’t logged my query since Friday and there’s nothing she could do.

I see from other reviews that this is their standard procedure. So think twice before you order from them online.
