Incredible Connections and Chromebooks

I went to buy a windows laptop at incredible connections gateway but l was advised buy their female representative to buy an HP Chromebook instead. I had never heard about Chromebooks and how they function and honestly the representative didn't give me enough detail, l was in a hurry that day so l didn't think too much about why she advised me to buy another laptop instead of the one that l saw online and came for. The representative asked what l did and l advcised and based on this she said l must but an HP Chromebook. Little did l know that this computer is ******* for the kind of work l do, this computer doesn't take any of my programs, l found this out after 1 month of purchase asnl started using in after 1 month, l started doing more and more research as l was getting frustrated as to why l can't download programs and realized that this Chromebook is **** and will not help me with my work in anyway. What frustrated me the most is that the representative took my mind off what l was there to buy which is a windows desktop and convinced me to buy a Chromebook, l don't think she is also aware in detail what this computer is meant for.

I went back to the store after months of being fed up but they wouldn't take the computer back because of their return policy.

I sent an email to them complaining about how l feel that this representative sold me a **** computer for her own/shop commission to sell as many chromebools as possible but no has ever rep**** to my complaint, l went back to the store and spoke to the manager and he couldn't help at all instead he advise that l sell the computer online.

No one buys Chromebooks because it's a web based function, it's a **** system that just blocks you.

No buys these at all, not pawn shops not Facebook marketplace NO ONE....

Incredible connections sold me this computer knowing this Chromebook system is not gonna work out for me, when l went to the shop l saw a few people coming in to complain about the same issue, l dont understand why you would sell your customer a computer that's not recommended, l was literally ****med by incredible connections to waste money and be stuck with a computer lm not using at all.
