Incredible Connections -A disappointment

I bought a laptop in September 2020 in the Mthatha branch for school use for the 2021 academic year . February 2021 -camera does not work - I take it into the store and the technician cannot resolve issue -I was then asked to leave it but told them I could not as I was busy with online classes and had sacrificed a day to attend to the camera that would not allow me to show my video in class which was a requirement--so I opt to buy the webcam device . First week March - keypads stop working -now I am forced to hand it in .Laptop was taken in the 4th of March with no loaned PC to allow me to do my school work during that time. I literally bought that PC strictly for school , yet I am without a laptop after paying so much for it. I am beyond defeated at the service and the fact that it's been a whole month with no laptop for school! You will never see me at Incredible Connections purchasing something else !
