Incredible Connections - a bunch of losers

Incredible connections is highly unprofessional, lacks competence and doesnt care one bit about ther customers. All they care about it taking peoples money and giving the run around when they have to deliver. I made an online purchase where they only give an option to deliver no option to collect or buy at a store. They say they deliver within 2 to 5 working days but its been almost 3 weeks of waiting. I have sent emails to enquire with no response. I called the customer line which rarely gets answered and if it does its after 30 mins of waiting on the line whilst my airtime is been eaten away. They just annoying really pathetic service. If they are *********** of doing their work they shuld just close up shop.
