Incredible connections

After numerous phone calls and putting incredible connection's on your site i am still waiting for any response from this company. This is shocking service. Please dont support this company as they are quick to take your money, but dont want to sort out the customers problem if they sell you a bad product. This is putting Samsung in a bad light as well. As this will be my 4th Samsung phone i bought, this will be my last Samsung i will ever buy.
