Incredible connection...not so much

I have bought a xbox live membership for 12 month. I got the code and been advise it's been redeemed already. I spoke to microsoft telling me it's been a redeemed code. I got in contact the same day with incredible connection. To have no outcome for 1.5 months. Been told I have to sent the screenshot and done so. The finally that advise they will refund the money. More than a week ago.yyo het another email yesterday to try the code and then contact microsoft to trouble shoot. This was a present. I had to spend more me money to get a 6 month code for my son to enjoy. Incredible connections lies to you. Customers service bad. I have spend more than r1000 to get 6 months of live. How ridiculous. With promises of money back . One person does not know what the next is doing. Do not buy by them they lie to you with no help.
