After the sales rep. convinced me this is the GPS Navigator I want; I bought it. Brought it back the next day with the original packaging as it was not what I wanted and lacked all the functions I asked for. When I had to pay R 345 handling fee, as was told it’s to rewrap the package. I can rap my travel suitcase 10 times the size for a third of the price. Maybe the staff including management need to think about their police logically and focus more on customer satisfaction and train their staff on products. Needless to say, I paid it and left to do my business elsewhere. Never will Incredible *******ion see me again.
