Incredible connection woodlands mall

Went to incredible Connection Woodlands mall to report my fault 65inch HD Tv on 21/08/2021. I was told to come back on Monday 23/08/2021.When I got there the consultant told me that the there’s nothing they can do as the Tv has only 1 year warranty?I couldn’t not understand because on my resit it stated 2 year warranty.I later went back to the branch and everyone was busy with other things I had to stand the like a fool as they were assisting customers that came even after me.Im not happy with Sansui TVs as they have the same problem “no image”only sound playing.I don’t understand why such a big appliance can have 1 year warranty it’s not like I bought a kettle or toaster,I mean small appliance normally have 1 year warranty and I’m told that a 65 inch Tv had 1 year warranty?.I have all relevant documentation of the tv and all I want is for the tv to be repaired or replaced I don’t mind topping up the amount.
