Incredible Connection Wonderpark

I went there on the 4th of Jan 2021. Firstly every worker is staring at a screen even though they saw me and my mom coming in, except for one who is helping out a possible customer. So we ask to see Fitbit watches and the employee just points at them and walks back to his computer screen. Eventually we decide which watches we like from just looking and then ask one of the employees what the difference is between the watches and what features they have and which one was the best,the employee had no cooking clue how they even worked or what features they had. Finally we're like will take this one and he's says "okay....wait,I forgot,someone broke the key for this glass cupboard so we cant open it." *Pure silence from both of us* Employee:"Would you guys mind going to the Incredible Connection at Wonderboom or Kolonnade? Otherwise I can fetch the key from there to come open up here but that will have to be tomorrow." Us:"Obviously we mind so tomorrow it is".

I swear I didn't think I could witness such incompetence or bad service.
