Incredible Connection - Why I avoid them!

Had a very bad service experience at their Vaal Mall branch. Laid a complaint on their website. Was notified via e-mail that one of their representatives would contact me. This was the 13th of March, still waiting for somebody to contact me. I used to have great experiences in the past with Incredible Connection, but the last few years I only bother going there if I absolutely must.
