INCREDIBLE CONNECTION WHO'S YOUR HEAD HR?

Good day

I'm an ex employee of Incredible connection. After more than a year of resigning ,the provident fund alexander Forbes contacted me regarding my unclaimed funds. I've completed all my forms months ago and still waiting on Incredible connection to sign off my forms.

I don't mind waiting because I'm working ever since resigning, what's bothering me is the fact that I have to phone different department to get their HR's number and each department transfer my call then my call gets dropped.

I spoke to Rosie in their HR department and she advised that she are not aware of the withdrawals of provident fund claims and gave the number for their head HR.

I try to contact the number ever since without any luck. The voicemail say that the person is not available every time I phone.

I just want to know what's happening to my forms period.

I don't know what to do anymore. I give up.
