Incredible Connection? What Connection??

On Saturday I went to the Somerset Mall Incredible Connection(where service is amazing!) & chose a JBL compact wifi speaker priced @ R1399.90 (product code 88353) - the Mall was frantically busy so I decided to wait to purchase it today as I knew I would be in Stellenbosch this morning. <br> <br> I got helped by a very nice guy, who showed me the product and all was fine, until I asked for a black one. He had to get it out the safe & when he brought it to me, it was priced @ R100 more! (when ALL the others on the shelf were still DISPLAYED at R1399,90) <br> <br> When I queried this, the sales guy said he needed to ask the manager if I could buy it at the price of all the others & he/she declined! On that note - I said NO to the sale... I will drive back to Somerset West rather than give this branch business! I have a photo I took of the item & I even called the Somerset West branch afterwards to double check the price & apparently they are R1399.90!!!<br> <br> What I find frustrating is the poor management & attitude this manager showed. At no point did they even come out of their office & find out how they could assist. Pity as I only use Incredible Connection - but WILL NOT be back to Stellenbosch branc
