Incredible Connection wastes time and is unhelpful with Contract specials

I have been trying to take out a Vodacom contract for weeks now. The offer expires on 3 April 2023. That is soon. Firstly I go to Witbank's Incredible Connection on 12 March 2023. They didn't have stock.

A person (I have his name) there helps me and promises me that he is going to order it on the Monday (13 March 2023.) and call me once he has ordered. He said it takes 3 to 5 working days to get the product there to the store.

He didn't call me on the Monday. So on the Tuesday (14 March 2023) I called, wanting to find out if he remembered to order the product. No answer. I called every day that week. No answer. Then I went in person to the store on the 21st if March 2023 to see if I can talk to this guy.

I discovered the store is undergoing revamp. So I understood why they haven't been answering their calls. That same person who has been promising me to call etc was there and he promised me that he will have the product there by Monday (27th of March 2023) and that the services will be up and running again. I went in myself again into the store yesterday (28 March 2023). I was told the pamphlet has expired and their services are still down and won't be up. But according to the pamphlet the special runs up to 3 April 2023!

I even called Middelburg's Incredible Connection and they also said they are not continuing with the special because the pamphlet is nearly expired! How does this work?

I went to Menlyn's Incredible Connection as well a couple of weeks ago, but the person who works with the contract was not there.

I have taken 80% of all my Vodacom contracts at Incredible Connection. Because I feel that it has the best specials and service.

Incredible Connection does not stick to the dates of the specials, and doesn't even care or wants to assist even though the special is still running. I am disgusted. I have been wasting my time for weeks! Time is now running out, and I have to accept I won't get that contract. I will never go and take out a contract at Incredible Connection, and I will advise others to also not to. You guys are time wasters. Wasted my time for WEEKS.
