Incredible Connection Warranty ****

I bought a computer from IC and on the purchase, they convinced I paid for extended warranties to ensure my damages would be covered for 5 years.

Less than two years the computer is starting to fall apart, the charging port is not working and the laptop does not remain open as one of the handles is falling apart.

They claim that they cannot repair my computer because it is physically damaged!

Now they are quoting me on R7500 for repairs!
