Incredible Connection warranty issues

I purchased (online) an ASUS 1605VA laptop on 16 July 2024. The online advert showed that the unit had a 3 years warranty (the tag on the product showed 12 months warranty). When I tried to register the product it showed that the "warranty expiry date was 30 July 2024. Since 5 September 2024, I am awaiting feedback from Incredible Connection to clarify the warranty issues. I have submitted the original invoice and the completed template that they requested over 20 times since and have yet to receive a reply. Pathetic service. Ridiculous.
