Incredible connection warranty is a ****

I bought a Lenovo laptop in Incredible Connection in Greenstone Shopping Center only used for 5 weeks one of the keypad removed, I took the laptop back to the Incredible Connection in Greenstone Shopping Center together with my warranty of 1 year. Incredible Connection in Greenstone Shopping Center told me I spoiled the laptop as physical damage, How can I damage keypad from a new laptop used only for 5 weeks. I was told to pay R3500 to repair only one keypad after my 1-year warranty. Please can anyone assist me, I need the Name, Email, Phone Number of the Head office of the Incredible Connection store? I'm tired of stressing up and down since the 11th of December 2019 this week will be my eight times visiting Incredible Connection store in the greenstone shopping mall. I keep told my keypad the first day, after one week I was told the software, physical damage, etc. The Incredible Connection store in Greenstone Shopping Center told me I spoiled the laptop as physical damage, How can I damage keypad from a new laptop used only for 5 weeks. I'm fed up with the incredible Connection store-bought the device for R10,000 after used for 5 weeks the company said it is physical damage, I have my warranty but the company can't fix the keypad for me this is just a ****.
