Vodacom allow Incredible connection to advertise and sell their product. Deals exclusive to Incredible Connect that Vodacom themselves don't even offer. I Contacted Incredible connection Carnival mall only to be told by staff eish I can not help you with upgrade because we are not trained and don't know the system. Long story short from calls back and forth to vodacom and Incredible connection I still have not been able to upgrade 2 of my lines. I have tried from 08:00 still on a call with Incredible head office it is now 13:10 still have not spoken to a manager been hold vir over 20 min. Can't speak to the store manager at Incredible connection either everytime I call I am told he stepped out of the store have not returned my call either. From vodacom absolute nothing is done still have not spoken to a manager to resolve the problem. From cancelations department oh we can cancel all your lines prematurely and send you the invoices with the penalties. Absolutely disgusting service I am stunned for words.
