Incredible connection very bad service!!!
<p>Bought a really expensive laptop from incredible connection in cavendish in Claremont whilst I was on holiday in capetown last year. After approx 7 months the laptop developed a fault and the store refused to Honour the warranty. Although I First took the laptop there well within the warranty period.The manager was extremely rude and not at all helpful. And they have Told me to to get the laptop repaired by myself. I am very disappointed with incredible connection and their service. It's absolutely appalling and I will advise all tourists to avoid purchasing from that outlet!!!!!</p>
Now 4 months later. Incredible connection says it is out of the warranty period and I should deal with hp by myself. Hp says had it been within warranty period they would have repaired the laptop but can't help me. HP and incredible connection both passing the buck and no one wants to help!!!
