Incredible Connection Vereeniging is useless

My previous call reference is ***). This complaint it from 7 days ago. I lodged a complaint and have not been helped. Yesterday i also called twice for a follow up and was told that Ntabiseng from Incredible Connection River Square in Vereeniging will call me back but she hasn't. They have escalated this too many times and nothing has happened. If this manager cant even return my call how is she ever going to help me sort out my problem. I am getting tired of waiting like an idiot for someone to call and wasting more of my time and money making endless calls and lodging complaints to get this issue sorted. Please can someone just help me.
