Incredible Connection Vaalmall

We baught an Asus Laptop at Incredible connection vaal mall.. for the amount of R3999.99 in January 2018. I had problems with it from the beginning. It had a total shut down in February. After about 4 weeks they gave it back to me. The technician Rian Jonker were very arrogant and told me if I'm not happy I must phone customer care!. That didn't help at all. When I received it, the tracking pad and keyboard didn't work. I phoned their costomer care and they said they will sort this out. The admin manager, Seipati Motloung phoned me and said I can come to the store and they will give me a new laptop. I went to the store and she denied telling me that she would give me a new laptop. She took my laptop and send it away again. Now 7 weeks later there is still NO NEWS about my laptop. Please help me... al I want is my money back or a new laptop.
