Incredible Connection Vaal Mall service suck

Not actually one star worth. On 30/06/2021 I went to Incredible connection Vaal Mall for a Telkom contract. First of all the guy called met past 11 to come to the store I went there he wanted a finger print oky he said we will be in touch past 4 that afternoon he called again and said he forgot to gave me a form to fill in oky now I'm getting really frustrated why he didn't give me the form at the first time.!! I have been to the store several times and every time the guy (Tidiso) tell me their system is slow and next when I go there again he is on lunch and nobody can assist me! Now for almost 3 weeks I did not hear anything from them as I am still waiting for his call. It is really bad service just call your customer and say if the contract is approved or declined.
