incredible connection useless

i must bring this up that the staff at incredible connection westgate is a bunch of usesless human beings. my nephew bought a xbox 1 remote it stopped working within the first week. we took it back to incredible *******ion were we got told they will send it away to have in checked and will revert back with in 21 days it has been 6 weeks and they have not even sent the control in to have it looked at. now they say again they will contact me within 21 days again after i have requested a refund on the **** they have sold me. please take not the item broke within 7 days and was returned. i will never uses or recommend them to anyone and advice people to rather stay away
