Incredible Connection Tyger Valley

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION!!!!!

Bought a Skyworth TV Stick on 13/10/2023, it was was plugged in and we didn't touch it. Worked perfectly fine, when we switched on the TV on the 16/10/2023 the stick didn't work at all. We took the stick back in it's original packaging, they refused to give a refund or give another stick in return, according to them we broke the stick (charging port) and they claim it's full of scratches. This is ridiculous. Also don't bother asking for the manager, she will just refuse to help or talk to you.Wasted R900 on a ****ty product!!!

I will make sure to post this on every social media platform possible!!

Certainly not going the extra mile for the customer.
