Incredible Connection tricks you online when doing credit applications

A few days ago I had app**** for credit with Incredible Connection. I had given my details and received a sms stating that my application is being reviewed. A few days later, I received and sms stating that I had been provisionally approved for a R 30 000.00 credit limit. I had subsequently received and congratulations email stating that my account has been approved and I just need to submit payslips, bank statement. I had then went to the store and I was told by a staff member that the congratulations emails means nothing and the reference number I had to give to the store is just to lure people to the store only to redo the entire application. I had done so and unfortunately I was declined. I honestly think this is kind of an act of misleading rhe public. Totally dissapointed with the company. I will be sourcing my products needed elsewhere from no on.
