Incredible Connection Took My Money, Never Delivered, Refuses Refund I bought a PlayStation 5 (Order #***) from Incredible Connection. They confirmed my order, processed payment, and even marked it “out for delivery” for several days, but it was NEVER delivered. Repeated requests for a refund are ignored. It is unacceptable that a major retailer takes money for goods they fail to deliver and refuses to refund. I have escalated to the CGSO and will take it further with the NCC if necessary. Incredible Connection must take accountability and refund immediately
