Incredible Connection The Grove LIES ALL THE TIME

I gave laptop to be repaired at the Incredible Connections in The Grove Mall and was promised i would be contacted about its progress. I have given it in already three times as it has issues that cause it not to work. but every time i gave it in they always promised me that they would inform me about its progress. yet they never do. i always have to call to see what is going on and now on the third time it has been handed in they tell me its at the supplier only to find out it has never been sent to be repaired!!!what kind of services are they trying to give me?
