INCREDIBLE CONNECTION-TERRIBLE SALES EXPERIENCE

Incredible Poor Service for online sales...when you buy a new phone it is usually because your old one is broken and you urgently need a replacement...have bought many devices from different suppliers online and have always received them the same or following week. Placed order with IC on 4 March. Delivery supposed to be 2-5 working days. After 9 days with no delivery and no tracking updates i phone the helpline. I get a call back later to say that the courier partner is doing deliveries and that if not that same day then definitely the next day...the next day was yesterday and still no phone...PLEASE get another courier partner....so disappointing and now i see the phone is even cheaper on Takealot.
