Incredible Connection supplies no service and Mr Laptop solved my problem in a couple of hours

I dropped my laptop and took it to Incredible Connection for a quote on repairs. They had it for 2 weeks. When I called them they promised a call back which never happened. Sat 30 September I went there to find out why no call and what is happening. After half an hour of waiting I was told via phone from someone that they phoned ,that my laptop can't be fixed. I googled and found Mr Laptop. They fixed my laptop within half a day. Very bad service from Incredible Connection. I think they never bothered to repair my laptop
