INCREDIBLE CONNECTION: STORE TO AVOID

On 10 /7/2021 I went to buy a laptop on behalf of my employer (UNISA). I gave the store Unisa's specifications, including 3-year warranty, which I was promised I would receive within a day or two later. I went back to the store on 14/7/2021 to ask for the invoice as required by my employer. They told me they don't do invoices. Now I am not able to finalise the purchase as I cannot submit without the promised 3 year warranty that I never received, and the invoice. Had I known , I would never have bought from Incredible connection at all. The instruction from Unisa was to submit all documents 14 days after the purchase. I need the invoice and the promised 3 year warranty to finalise things with Unisa. What a rotten deal I got from Incredible Connection!!
