Incredible Connection Stole my money

I ordered the xbox promo deal for the call of duty package on 15/11/2023. The xbox was delivered on 21/11/2023 without the call of duty game or diablo game that came with the promo, but to top it all off, the box was opened and tampered with. I logged a complaint on 22/11/2023 and got no return call. I escalated the complaint on 23/11/2023 and still got no return call. On 24/11/2023 the customer service technician only puts my call on hold and wont assist any longer. Still got no return call and issue not resolved. I paid for a product that was tampered with and incomplete. So, in theory, they stole from me. Not sure what to do at this stage. Very dissapointed and will never purchase from them again.
