Incredible Connection still in business or close down?

We all understand it's a weird time with COVID-19 but companies to keep up their reputable reputation should work extra hard now, in my opinion ofcourse. So, i ordered online 29 March and understand its lockdown and cannot deliver. But my complaint is please correspond to either of the following that i've had no luck 1) Email 2) phone call 3) online chat Neither of those methods helped and still in limbo on when the deliver can take place, in other words, which level ????
