Incredible Connection Springs Mall - Rude Branch Manager

I am very disappointed in the branch manager - Sbusiso Mazibuko - for the Springs Mall store. After making a purchase the day before, I came back to return a purchase due to dissatisfaction with the quality of the item.

The staff was quite helpful & polite, and called the store manager to come authorize the return. When he arrived, he came was rude, seemingly in a bad mood, and out right condescending towards me.

When I expressed dissatisfaction with his approach he just walked away and dismissively commanded his stuff to just give me a refund under “faulty goods”. This kind of customer interaction is uncalled for and is a poor display of leadership for a team leader.
