Incredible connection Springs mall - DONT EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! The worst customer service I have EVER come across! I took my laptop back as there was a technical error, they sent it in to HP. Got it back 2 weeks later my laptop was cracked. They sent it back, its been 2 months, no one can tell me if my laptop has been fixed or where it is. I have gone to the branch 6 times already and Called in more than 10 times from which I get the same answer each time 'we are working on it'. They kept promising they will call me back, THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY CALL ONCE!!!! They are a bunch of *****!! Don't ever ever ever buy from them!
