Incredible Connection Southgate is under poor management.

I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max 512G (Pacific Blue), worth R30999.00 on 4th May 2021. Upon purchase, I took an insurance for the phone (Abacus) with the help of Mirriam Nzama. The insurance price for 12 months was R2798 as per tax invoice. On 26th June 2021, the phone was ****** (under duress) and the claim was made on 28th June 2021. I have been following up on the claim with the help of Mirriam, Fezeka and Nomawethu from IC SouthGate. Abacus has approved my claim, however, they only approved R20000.00 which is news to me that the cover I was given is for phones worth R20000 only. I was under the impression that my phone insurance covers the phone totally. I have lost patience and strength as I have been trying to claim the phone for over 3 weeks now. The Store Manager, Des Crandburg, has not been helpful in any way, as the head office sent a resolution to him but he sat comfortably for over a week without getting back to me. Each time I call, he has stepped out of the store and will return to me.
